Shipping
• We use UPS to ship your package based on your selection at checkout.
• Packages Address to P.O Boxes will NOT be delivered by UPS.  • We use UPS Web service to Calculate shipping based on the package weight and your zip code.
• We don't charge extra for shipping  and handling. We ship most orders next day if we received your order before  12 pm PT Monday to Friday
• We do not Guarantee the time of Delivery and cannot be held responsible for late Deliveries to receive refunds.

Damages and Lost in Transit 
In case of a damage please report to srilac. immediately and notify us within 24 hours to file a claim on time.
If you can send a picture of damage package would help to file the claim.
If you don't receive your package with in expected time please inform us immediately.
If you received damaged goods. they may be returned or exchange. Srilac will cover the shipping fee this type of error.

 Package Tracking
We offer real time tracking using carrier's website. Please check your shipping confirmation email to track your package. This service would be available for those who have provided email address at checkout.
Address Correction
Before you submit your order make sure you enter the correct SHIPPING address.  . If this caused by your error  we are not responsible for any delays.
Cancel or Changes to Orders
All cancellation and order changes should be notified immediately via email to srilac.com or  call us at 650-228-8032.  Please note that orders can NOT be Cancelled or Changed after Dispatch. Most orders we ship.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returns
You can return unused items within 7 days of delivery. srilac is glad to refund full amount of the goods but not the shipping charges. Open  items are not returnable. In Case of return customer is responsible for shipping back to Srilac.com
Defects or Damages
We carefully inspect all items before ship to customer. If you find any defective or damage(except damage in transit) items, must be reported within 3 days of delivery. We will issue refund or replacement for defective or damage. items if reported within 3 days of delivery. srilac.com will exchange the defective item(S) if reported within 7 Days
Srilac.com will not be Liable for defective items NOT reported within 3 days.
Refunds
Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refund appear in your account.
